Forechecking and back checking seems worlds better so far. Don't know what happened to that 4th line but they are seriously clicking. Brutal zone starts and their spending 55-60% of their time in the opponent's end

Reading that Eric Fehr has shifted to centre and has had some real chemistry with Ward and Chimera. If he's half decent looking on defense tonight, he'd be a possible acquisition like Brodziak

I've never been one to pile on the guy, but Ference is terrible. Seems Everytime he has the puck it's a jumbled breakout that someone else has to correct.

Ference is not incredibly skilled and slow, but at least I never feel like he's going to do something nonsensical or unpredictable (Niktin, Schultz)

Yes! And right now I could care less about equal ice-time and the Yak female doging with ice time. It's early, whatever works and they've been better then solid. (Though Henderson makes the right point about the lack of center depth causing this)

I've heard more then a handful of times the last couple of weeks about how the Leafs didn't play their 4th line enough and it killed them down the stretch.

It does feel fukking great to have a real 4th line.
