This is our playoff rallying cry. Adds levity and teambuilding at the same time. |

No sense in wondering but it's clearly the worst decision Sather has made while running this team.
Yes, even worse than Hugh Jessiman in 2003. Jagr would have bridged the team's most mediocre period, since the 05-06 lockout, which were the three immediate seasons after he took off to Russia. The team turned things around obviously in 2011-2012 but those three years, in between, were as bland as it could get. - MidnightMarauder
Trading Leetch was far worse ... I still feel sick knowing he didn't spend his entire career as a Ranger |

I dunno, Jessiman is still the worst in my book. Having Jagr would have been great but Parise, Getzlaf, Perry all went after Jessiman and I think building something around them would have been quite rewarding...probably more than just having Jagr hang around a few more years instead of Russia. |

who else saw kunitz just try to touch the sky with his legs. 10 embellishing penalties have been called so far this year, 2 of the 10 on the penguins. - nyrangers9479
After the 1st 10 minutes of that game I thought to myself "wow the penguins look like theyre gonna win the Stanley Cup this year if they always play like this."
Fleury changed my mind shortly after. |

Rangers only have 3 games over this 11 day stretch since Tuesday...kind of sucks. I want them to build more momentum.
I was looking last night to, I think the Rangers have 13 games in the last 22 days of the season. That is going to be crazy. |

Will hopefully get a new blog up later today. Let me know if there is anything the blogs are missing or if my writing isn't doing it for you anymore, as the comments field have dried up substantially lately. Unsure if it's just a coincidence, lack of interest in what I am writing or something else. Thanks. |

I think its the no game til Saturday thing why the comments slowed down. Or more people actually have lives now and can't hang out on the internet all day haha |

I was wondering where everyone has been also. Don't see the regulars to much anymore. |

One player the Rangers really need to pick it up soon is Zucc. He led the team in points last year. I know its early but I expected more production then just 1 assist in 6 games from him. Is it the want for a long term contract that is pressing him? Injuries? I hope he breaks out of it soon. |

Really? Personally I think he has been ok. He has been quiet at times, but still is tied for 2nd on the team in scoring. Got to love that, still finding his way on the score sheet. |

so long as st. louis keeps putting up assists, i'm not going to be bothered by lack of goals. |

Thinking goals, not assists, but yes, he has been a good facilitator. Maybe him playing on a line with Zucc will get him going. |

Yea good point. I am really interested once Stepan gets back how the top 9 shakes out. Does Hagelin drop to the 4th line? I kind of like what both Hayes and Mueller bring. Maybe take Malone out. Then what about Duclair? So many questions.
Thinking about it I kind of like the idea of a Hagelin-Moore-Glass line. Might be what the Rangers need to make that 4th line more dependable right now. We all know how crucial it is for them to constantly roll all 4 lines. |

stats are great, but they shouldn't be the only indicator for a player. It's not like Zucc has been invisible |

IMO ... Duclair goes back to Jr's & Mueller goes down to 4th line mix and match for 13th forward. I'd leave Hayes where he is and ease Stepan back to game shape with 3rd line/PP/PK duties. |
