That hit really didnt look bad. Shoulder to shoulder, low to the ground to begin with, not whiplash. Good for Umberger to fight, though.

That's an obvious penalty.

No contact to the head. That looked scary at first
- PLindbergh31

That was the kind of hit that really hurts people. Pretty lucky imo...if Coots doesn't bail a little there he gets it on the chin and he's unconscious.

ARE YOU (frank)ING SERIOUS WITH THAT poop

WAS THAT A FOREARM TO THE FACE

EDIT: Ok never mind. That was fine. Def interference though

- Giroux_Is_God

For all the poop the Flyers get, the Pens have been, by far, the dirtier team since Crosby entered the league

Why because he actually stood up for his team mate? Last season no one would budge at a hit like that.

I don't think it was a dirty hit. But one that could definitely injure someone. I think Couturier got lucky there. Didn't look like his head hit the ice either.

Strong powerplay there at the end. Wish Voracek and G would take more shots, though,

Probably a sure concussion if it's an average sized forward. We're lucky that was Coots there.
