Crazy stuff. I think anyone with a gun and uniform in Ottawa is responding. Crazy that soldiers guarding the war memorial were shot at and 1 taken to hospital in what would be assumed to be critical condition- first responders were performing cpr on scene.

One gunman was shot down in one of the parliament buildings and they are looking for 1 or more gunmen around Rideau mall.

Crazy the response to a shooting in Ottawa compared to any other neighbourhood in Canada. I know, Ottawa, the capital and centre of "power", but really? Everyone should have the right to live and go to work without the fear of being shot. People in uniforms should not be targeted just because they are in uniform.

Looking at what all the paramilitary stuff they have going on there, I hope our soldiers fighting overseas are equipped with similar or better.

Yup, Canucks fans get too attached at this point there is no one on this team that should be untouchable beyond maybe Horvat, Hamhuis and Bieksa.

True, but we expect Bieksa to be bad. Not once has anyone thought of Bieksa as a possible Noris Dman. At one time, Edler was thought to be one.
