already had that bright idea from one islanders fan who said we should trade ROR to shore up the goaltending situation since if Varly has groin issues, he will be on the decline since those plague goalies for the rest of their career

I'm all for making a trade...any winger other than Hall ( + extras) for either a stud top pair D man or a quality 2C with all the attributes we lack would be hard not to consider.

Nuge has a bad bruise on his calf? (frank), Trade him and rebuild your Center Depth!

I don't think nor know why the flyers would trade Couts. He's our youngest player and best defensive forward. He's younger than Eberle, he's paid a lot less (we already have tight cap) and he has played great so far this year. Hextal has done nothing but emphasize patience. If Homer didn't trade Couts why would Hextal? Couts needs to stay in a flyers sweater for a very very long time. Can't make another mistake of trading away young talent. I can't handle another. Especially Couts. I could handle Schenn parting ways

An injury-prone center like Nugeadonna isn't worth much. We might be able to get a fringe AHL C and future considerations.

playing on the side you shoot is better for breaking out and passing in the neutral zone. That's why they tried Yak at LW.

I doubt Couts gets moved. People can dream though. I wonder how everyone would feel about a deal involving the Schenns going to EDM.
