I thought he's played well all season so far. Didn't think he was bad last year when he played. Contract is still horrible, but I like him with Henrique. Just wish they had a competent permanent linemate

I really liked a play severson made in our own end early in the second. He went behind the net and took the check and made the play instead of just turning it over or icing it kid plays at a very high level

He started great but I swear he gets snake bitten like a muthafugga. Plus, the only time you can see him for long stretches is on the side of a milk carton.

This is how Larsson should of been developed. These players are so confident in their first crack at it coming from their old leagues and just let them run with it. Guys who produce high in juniors for the most part become a star right out of the gate. It's when you put them in a role they shouldn't be in like scratched or with a bad partner or on the third or fourth lines is when you see them lose confidence and their play pays for it. I'm just glad we got 4-5 of these young potential stars on the back that we can afford for one of them to flake out

Yup. I don't mind if a young dman sits a game or two, but when they are scratched 5 games in a row they clearly aren't good enough for the NHL in the coaches eyes.

so.. keep Brunner on the PP.

It's refreshing to see someone on the 4th line with speed and skill. WHUDA THOUGHT!?? freaking mutant coaches. Now replace Tootoo and Gio with Gomez and Ruutu that are faster and see the ice better, and we'll have even more scoring chances on that line.
