so i turn the game on at 0-0 about a minute before the first chicago goal, which i predicted as soon as i saw the score.

horrendous d coverage allows the first chance, mason makes 2 great saves, followed by a 3rd, and his dman can't push the puck under him for the whistle. the chicago player pushes mason's right leg out from under him and then the puck gets banged in. should not count.

raffl gets a phantom penalty. perfect bounce off the wall on a missed shot to kane who bangs it in, while grossmann does nothing.

raffl hits the post right after on a wide open net.

then the referee's skate blocks the pass from the corner deflecting it right to chicago for a breakout on an oddman rush, another comedy of errors on coverage and a perfect shot makes it 3-0.

you can't make this up.

If this continues, Hextall will need to make a move to help the D. It's a mess and unless we want a lottery pick, something will have to be done.
