I received a $100 gift card to Stubhub a while back, and keep forgetting I have it. Just bought some 300 level tickets for $45 each with it. I figure those tickets will rise in price. Either I go cheap, or I resell them at a premium.

I gave those tickets to a friend of mine as a wedding gift about 3 weeks ago. Her husband is from Michigan and is a Detroit fan. I'm babysitting while they go to the game. Looks like a terrible decision in hindsight.

On the flip side, puck drop will be at 7:25, by 7:45 all the jubilation will have been sucked out of the building and your friends might have wished they didn't cash in baby sitter help for a Sabres game.

That was the hope I was holding on to going into the season. The Columbus game gave me some hope, but it's been steadily decreasing. Nevertheless, I am going to the games out here this week and will watch in disbelief.
