I thought there was a lot of clutching and grabbing all night.
Very boring game that reminded me of the Habs-Devils tilts of the 2000's. Jacques Lemaire probably shed a tear watching it.

really? i didn't find it boring. it was low scoring but between the Abdekader call, Parenteau missing 2 empty nets, could have and should have been a bit higher scoring. |

well he was likely thinking that it would be a PP or worst case, 4 on 4, which still benefits the team trying to tie the game. either way, if i'm a Wings fan, i'm a bit pissed at how that went down. but i'm not a Wings fan so i'm actually OK with it. |

I know waht he's saying though. Detroit just blankets everything and bogs it down. On the odd occasion when they traded odd man rushes Detroits D had some trouble keeping up. The problem for MTL was getting Detroit to trade those opportunities. |
