A culture change is needed. Picking up a young top 6 makes it easier to keep the core of under 25's intact. The Leafs need to divest themselves of their current core of players, that are over 25. Phaneuf is a start and work from there. Keeping Kadri and JVR makes the most sense, in the current top 6 to keep. The rest are expendable for the right price.

Morning buddy. I guy I work with gave me his daughters guitar to try to fix. It has a bow in the neck. I tried adjusting the trust rod. I have lowered the saddle all the way down, but still have a dip in the neck. I have my humidifier in the case as we type.. I put light gauge Martin Strings on it..

He wants to see what he has. When Shannt came in for the job he didn't watch just the Leafs. He watched all 29 other teams as well. He is seeing what he has first hand. He isn't taking Nonis word for it. Playoffs or not there will be changes to the Leafs core.
