I was one of the most vocal last year in terms of trading Yakupov and after his great start this year I have changed my mind. He is skating hard and playing with passion. The Oiler should keep Yakupov and Hall...that's it. Get rid of the rest of em if it brings in a #1C.

I would much prefer to take all of these trade speculations and substitute Eberle's name for Yakupov's.

My thought on the Shark/Leafs Discussions are that it wont be anything sexy. The name that comes to mind that may be pushed out for financial and depth reasons is Freddie Hamilton. He is an RFA at the end of the year and is from the Toronto area and may want to be closer to his brother and family. The Maple Leafs would have to qualify him but could do it if they moved a defense man and they do have plenty. The Maple Leafs are still looking for a little more size up the middle. So I would count this scenario as an option.
