Vokoun is no better then Berra. There is a reason why he is not signed. And the Avs are more then an upgrade in the net back up wise away from being Cup contenders. They basically need to overhaul their whole defense to be even be considered. Last year was a lucky one, IMO they won't even get into the playoffs.

For christs sake, ignring the fact that them being expected to draft him and trading for him years later are two sperate situations its still wouldn't be ironic if he ended up playing there. At no point would anything be an unexpected or opposite result for anyone. Edmonton won the lottery and picked him as expected. If they trade him there its still not opposite or unexpected, it would be a choice and the expected result would be him ending up in Columbus.

Umm well its true. Griffin reinhart is in the AHL. Sam reinhart has player 5 games and yet to record a point in the NHL.
