Ek knows less about the Isles than my 2 year old neice.

Have to think Isles are done for now with big deals. I still want Lee to get a shot at some point.

Yeah, I put Scott with Rinaldo, and Janssen type player. You know they are trying to do the most damage possible. Granted its within the rules, but probably not necessary.

I don't understand why Mclellan had him out against our second line? You want to play that pilon that's fine let him deal with Martin and Co. not skilled fwds. He offers nothing to the game defensively or offensively. All he offers is what he did. I have to credit Mclellan due to Scott seeing the ice only one time after that hit. He rode the pine for the rest of the game.

I thought leaving Scott on the bench was very interesting.

Didn't see the game. Was it a dirty hit? John Scott doesn't exactly have the cleanest reputation...

No concussion my arse

- Vukota

He might not have gotten one. I remarked, "ask sonny liston" to your earlier post.

If Scott's bicep/shoulder caught Grabovski square on the chin, driving it down & in towards the body, that can cause you to lose consciousness. Hard to tell for sure but if that's what happened, then he may have been out before going down. It wasn't a flying elbow to the side of the head, which regardless of helmet can cause a concussion. I'm hoping I'm right. That said, he might have injured some other part from dropping to the ice awkwardly.

You ask about strome I think he had been great this year. Strome is part of the winning formula that beyond just stats that's hard to explain. Look no further to isles record even last year when strome in or out of lineup. It's shocking

Scott hit was clean

As for yapokuv. Highly doubt it. For one we have too many fowards. Also as the saying goes if it ain't broke, why try to fix it. We are 4-0.

Finally I want lee her as much as all of you. But don't disagree with give Colin one game to prove he belongs vs his old team.

Good point on clutterbuck. They prob bump Kumelin up and put c Mac with bailey and Nielsen for one game. Hopefully Grabovski is ok. If he goes to IR. I think lee is first call up
