I don't like the guy but why the (frank) are we punishing people who sleep in their cars when they are drunk instead of driving?

This encourages people to just drive the (frank) home drunk to sleep.

50$ from downtown to suburbs in Toronto. Public transport (frank)ing poop after 2 AM. Then you gotta spend a couple hours the next day using poopty public transport to get back to your car

Then you have to worry about theft, etc.

I don't see why you wouldn't be allowed to sleep in the car if you've been drinking

edit: usually I'll leave the car at home anyways when I know I'm going to drink but sometimes your out with your buds and you intend to go home early after a drink but 1 drink becomes 2 or 3... then 4-5, etc.
