Sure the devils fan base isn't like the leafs or near the top, but you really have no room to judge when for an opener your getting 60% attendance with cheap tickets and lots of incentives

But that hasn't ever mattered. This season Viola is no longer giving out any free corporate tickets; and those tickets used to account for a good 3-4k people in the arena. Those people got free tickets every game. Now that we no longer do that, you're seeing the true result. Viola wants people there because we win. And in my opinion we are far.... very far... from doing that.
