Cleveland is located downtown, and has the lake right there as well. They made it work.

yeah saw the outline of the Ralph's parking after I posted but still, I don't see how a stadium goes there plus parking and I'm not trying to park/walk around that part of buffalo even if the projects aren't there.

Pittsburgh has a downtown stadium. I lived there for a summer. seemed like I heard a lot of complaints about the lack of tail-gating, police (especially) and the hassle of parking but parking in Pittsburgh is generally terrible all over the city there, literally everywhere you go people have to park half-on, half-off the sidewalk because there is no room.

If the projects aren't there, what's the issue? The arena is in spitting distance, as is Canalside, the HarborCenter and plenty of other things.

And the casino. If it does go there.. The indians plan on a large hotel from what was said.

What is even over there other than a military surplus store? Seems like quite a walk from downtown and even the arena, they might as well put the stadium in West Seneca at that point.

Being that Terry pretty much kiboshed any stadium talk, it's not happening any time soon. And realistically, it doesn't have to.

Where there's a will there's a way.

If they want it downtown, they'll make it work.

Will everyone be happy? No cause it's impossible to do that.

A casino in Downtown Buffalo would be worse than a projects. That Casino in Niagara Falls has been nothing but bad for the city there. With gambling comes crime, prostitution, drugs and I personally don't want some/another fascist, corporate looking building in Buffalo.

The Casino is right there as well. It's not that far. At all. I think you're over exaggerating the distance. People park over that way and walk to the FNC for games now, so there's already some exisiting parking that could be utilized. Add in that if they put it there, the Metro is expected to be expanded and you have less cars that you need to account for anyway.

It's already there. Inbetween the FNC and the proposed perry site.

Are you living in a closet somewhere? The Casino has been opened downtown for over a year now.

Lol, just moved back from 2 years in Binghamton this past July. seriously, NEVER GO TO BINGHAMTON. They forgot to nuke it. People who think Buffalo is bad need to spend some time there. I've never met more abusive, miserable, racist, ignorant people in my life and I've lived in several different places.
