Agreed. Personally, I'd switch Hagelin and Duclair. It spreads out the youth a bit by separating Miller and Duclair. Plus, I think Duclair could easily step into the hole left by Pouliot. Imagine Brassard and Zuccs setting him up all year!!!

Oh yeah, no doubt. He sees these guys on a daily basis and I don't. So, yeah. I just like playing coach.

Well the run to the SCF was great last year, but it is history now. Time to move on. NHL season starts tonight.

yes he does, which shocked me to no end, given how critical Brooks can be

Yea he usually goes off in the other direction. The key really is the center position. Getting Stepan back soon, and the emergence of Miller and Hayes could go a long way.

Had to think about that one, as I've said countless times he put the hex on us after 94 and needs to be put down to break it, but yeah it's all good

yeah, that was our problem in the Final, it was Lundqvist. I think the final tally was 9 thousand saves in the game 5 overtimes

While I place absolutely zero blame on hank for losing that series, I do think quick outplayed hank and that was ultimately the difference. Thats not to say hank played poorly...more that quick went godmode for stretches of that series.

Wow... at least watch a Ranger game and assess the team before you spout off a prediction. A complete uneducated analysis

Really. I thought they played about the same. Don't have the numbers from that series, but figured that's why every game was real close.

Those 2 paddle saves quick made when he was on the other side of the crease and our players had wide open nets in close will be engraved in my head forever along with voynov's deflection in double OT.

The thing I will never forget was Nash's wide open net, and hit the shaft of Voynov's stick.

Its why I think Nash has a decent year, nobody on the Rangers was as unlucky as him last year.

Nash just looks physically phenomenal, in great shape, I really think he is going to have a big year
