i agree that those expecting them to slip to third in the division are a bit overboard. but some kind of drop off, even a significant one, could happen. losing Iginla and Boychuk hurt a bit. and if they scale back Z's minutes, could also hurt them short term. Rask maintaining another .930? all those things could add up to bring Boston back to the pack and closer to 100 points than 120. - DoubleDown
Bruins will win our division.

Seidenberg is back, he's a lot better than Boychuk. - AdamFrench
forgot about Seidenberg. but i can still see them taking a step or two back, even though they can still win the division by doing that. |

I don't like how everyone on TV and radio is so positive about the Habs chances to make the playoffs.
Something's gonna happen and they'll miss. - Pecafan Fan
maybe, maybe not, but they have a solid core for years to come and i doubt they fail more than they succeed. |

Would be nice to see Bergy trade his ass and make room on that 3rd line for DLR/Bournival - WaterBoy
De La Rose showed he can skate with NHLers, I think Bergevin really wants to make room for him, at least for the start of the season, to see if he can keep up with regular season pace.
I thought they would have send him down earlier. He's only 19, and this is pretty much his first experience on the smaller NHL rinks |

In 5 seasons in the NHL Rask has had a SP of under .929 once.
