Really? Pretty sure he already admitted he was wrong, and in so gracious a manner that not even I, one of his most frequent combatants (especially on the Domi topic) didn't feel it necessary to comment further. Sometimes you just take it.

Dude admits he gets a little overzealous at times, as we all do. He loves his team.
He admitted he missed the boat and even added a little self diss in there.

And same for me, I've frequently disagreed with him, and this time I was right. But I sure hope he doesn't forever pile it on when an opinion/prediction of mine is inevitably proven wrong.

I think that out clause was something required by the lenders involved in the present ownership. A majority buyout might rescind that clause, meaning they could move earlier than that.
