I find these posts so absurdly directed at one reader, the kind that is in your pool, it's hard to take away any sort of relevant insight regarding fantasy hockey at all.

Something like draft strategy takes so many considerations, for example pool size, stats weighting, pool type even. Everything just seems to be completely glossed over.

apparently i should be covering every aspect of every fantasy pool ever made in the history of time.

maybe he does pools that they have mouthguard in sideways per minute/week and versteeg was his #1 pick, i dunno!

that oaf Nonis can't trade Reimer or Franson, how's he gonna trade a plug like Ashton

Carlyle said frattin was mediocre but i can see him being the extra guy in the press box if he does not impress in his last preseason game. Nylander looks like a pro, his only problem seems to be finishing when he shoots or has excellent scoring opportunities. Leivo looks to be leading the prospect group in pts, so hope he has one final strong preseason game to get him fully injected into the lineup.

Dont care if we lost last game, Nylander looks amazing out there, his passes are smooth and completed without hesitation, looks like he already fits in with the team

Let's not get carried away here. He has the right tools, undeniable talent, but his play without the puck and in tight are huge question marks right now. And 82 games? I'd rather not burn an ELC year having him risk getting crushed out there and wallowing at the bottom of the depth chart.

I still think it's hard to say yet. A 9 game stint would give the leafs an idea of where he's at. It wouldn't hurt.
