I agree they probably don't. If they did, I have no objection. The girls applying know what the "uniform" is and are likely looking to use the opportunity to pad their resumes for future jobs that they intend to leverage their aesthetic gifts. Compensate them fairly for their time, protect them from harassment and move on.
