(frank)ing A rights it's confusing. The CHL has always had some weird poop agreement hanging obver the NHL. Not sure why they don't tell them to fck off, but it seems the CHL gets some unique treatment compared to other Jr Leagues. Like how 18 yr olds cant play in the AHL if they can still play in Jr?
