They play on the power play together all the time, has to be a lot of familiarity there. I think that Gardiner and Rielly should be paired with Robidas and Polak.

They're both more shooters than QB's too. Both can be effective on PP, but pairing each with Rielly/Gard seems like better chemistry to me. Plus Rielly and Gards have a chance to get back and break up the short handed 2-1 or breakaways.
