He said that he was completely unseen until his moment in the circus. He says he is not good enough. He had great strength and stamina but no hockey sense or desire.

Ferraro also said he is no way a Top 6 forward and not aggressive enough to be a bottom 6 forward.

Yeah, that's where relying 100% on moneyball (frank)ed him, plus Gilman was sent out to scout these guys and he's basically an accountant so that was there downfall. I definitely trust Benning more in this regard, I hope he uses a nice balance of both analytic stats and his scouting eye.

Time will tell but I looking forward to seeing if all the off season changes make a quick & notable difference. I'm also, really excited about looking forward and not having to dredge up the recent past.

For me it is not so much about moving on as it is I am worried about the entertainment in Vancouver this year and I take more entertainment from a Leaf disaster. I cannot wait for TO to get a second team so I can root for them.
