I love that article on TSN where the owner of the canes said he was looking for a guy to invest a couple hundred million into the team, but the investor would have ZERO say in the running of the organization.

This same owner went on to say the canes are one of the most valuable franchises in the NHL.

The only issue with this game was how they managed to get outshot 34-20. Would've liked to see that be a little closer, but I cannot argue with a win.

His 3 points aside, i noticed that he had a decent brake-a-away opportunity on his first shift of the night. Enjoying the speed he brings.

Hopefully he continues to play well otherwise its a decent pick down the drain due to waivers.
