So HS for iOS is streamed through the browser?

I was hoping there was a version of their HockeyCast app for iOS:

Edit: btw, how's reliability? I read complaints about HS uptime being iffy.

- Tomahawk

you can stream it through the mobile site and then airplay it through apple tv. I've had no issues with quality unless I'm on shytty wifi.

Will we ever go a year without every team changing their jersey or adding an alternate?

Why not just go full on with their 80's red jersey and look?

I can only remember once or twice last year that I had to switch feeds because it kept cutting out. Each time the other feed was fine.

Didn't they just complete a big upgrade on the backend over the Spring/Summer? I just started with HS this season, so far only momentary problems, barely worth mentioning.

I see possibilities of Ghostibehere and Haag making the team in 2015. But I'd be absolutely shocked if Sanheim would. Not sure how realistic that is.
- MJL

he still has a lot of growing to do.. not just physically.

He played in ONE preason game

Not sure. I know they shut it down for a week mid summer. All I'm hoping for is WHL games on my Roku. I hate sitting with a laptop.

No I was agreeing with him..

Sanheim looked really good last night. He really didnt look anything like a 18 year-old kid who was relatively new to higher level high hockey. He is a really savvy player, smooth skater, good on both sides. BUT, as MJL suggested, it might take a little longer than a couple of years.

I personally like the way they are handling these kids now. Let Sanheim finish his Jr. career, introduce him to the pro's via AHL, and go from there. All signs (as of now) seem to be pointing in a very promising direction... Id hate to see them rush him and stunt him.

If he fills out physically over the next year Sanheim could possibly jump straight to the NHL next season. A guy like Fowler was a 20+ minute guy for the Ducks the same year he was drafted. Some kids just have it.

I just think it is really way to early to tell. I agree that some kids can do it... but there is still a ton of time.

EDIT: HOLD ON LET ME CHECK

EDIT II: When updates are available, I will post Tuesday's lineup in Toronto. The game will be televised on NHL Network.

It was only one game but Sanheim looked closer to NHL ready than ghost and Hagg. Just one game though. They all looked good though from a raw skill perspective. None of them are currently NHL ready IMO

the one thing I think we can all truly agree on... the future on defense looks pretttty damn promising.
