I know I don't participate on this board anymore, and don't have time to commish, but I did sacrifice a lot of time running the pool last season...

Yes the Canucks still "own" him. I believe when he decides to turn pro the Canucks have a certain window to get it done (sign him) or he becomes a UFA.
