raspberry pi and hockeystreams.com best thing ever man... for $160 total you can stream all the NHL games anywhere (the Pi is not needed but if you don't want to watch on your laptop etc i suggest it as a cheap HTPC)

I watch pre-season to see if injuries are avoided and some kids impress their way into the opening night lineup. Other than that, I can't really get into it.

I like it cause like you said, unfortunately its the only time we actually get to see the younger guys play. Plus I just seemed to have lost interest in almost every other sport except football.

Same. I like seeing some of the kids we have in the system even the ones that are a year or 2 away.

The only other sport I can tolerate is the NFL. It's even better when your team is off to a 3-0 start.
