kadri was on par with hall and seguin when he was drafted, point wise...very similar.

i think kadri has a whole other level to his game we havnt seen yet.

say he gives you that task 2-3 weeks in advance of your annual review when you're due for a raise. you're going to approach it a wee bit differently than if you were handed the task 2-3 weeks after your review, when you were just handed a raise that's locked in for 2 years.
