Went to the game tonight. Man did Draisaitl look good tonight. Chase too. And what a (frank)in wiener Chase is. At the end of the game skated by Calgarys bench and smacked Glencross in the face with his stick. We need an bumhole like him on the team.

He did a good job screening for Nuges goal. Glencross missed a lot of golden chances. Easy could have been 3 3. Shultz missed a open net also. Still wish we kept Glencross.

unless he is flat out great, im sure pitlick/joensuu/lander get the benefit.

couple years in the farm wont hurt. besides, I have a suspicion theyd like to give him some top 6 mins in the A and see if he can develop into that kind of role instead of just a bottom 6 checker

Absolutely they do... They won't show as much affection as say a dog... But once the get use you you and recognize you and know your not a threat... You golden. It's your smell mostly, like a dog you let them smell/lick you... ( they smell with there tongues) and ones the know you all good you can basically do what ever you want with them... Pick them up, play with them, feed them, pet them, take blood and milk there venom,(that's more advanced poop tho...) but ya... They do recognize certain people...

This is the internet HA, people are over confident and afraid to admit areas they are ignorant in, or simply say "I don't know". I know I will never mistreat my snake again. Beating that snake more than 4 or 5 times a day, can really cause a lot of pain and chaffing.

Possibly. He didn't look out of place with Nuge and Hall at all. I hope Joenssu is put on waivers no matter what happens though. I'd hate to waste a roster spot on him. I don't see Wesgarth being offered a contract. He was probably the worst player on the ice tonight. Really dragged down the fourth line with Yakimov and Tkachev. Yakimov is a beast and might be a decent option as 4th line center.

A lot of people think he has a great shot at the world Junior team this year. I hope we have at least 1 quality prospect on the team, makes it so much more interesting.

junior might not hurt. maybe work on some offensive skills and put up some big numbers. certainly less structured anyway.

not sure if that's really what we want him focusing on though, but i doubt it'll hurt him too much
