You have eyes on him in the press box? - prd797
Yes, a popcorn vendor is scouting him for me....
I am just trying to stay awake, I have an 11pm eastern time hockey game tonight....sucks! |

Indeed.
I'm not impressed with Carey, either. However, I'm digging the Saad/Richards/Kane line. |

I hear that. Need a goal in the next 10-15 minutes from the Hawks or I'll hit the hay. |

PP was already in mid-season form - prd797
And they're going to get rid of the ONLY d man capable of bringing the puck into the zone by himself and because there is some respect of that by other teams, is also able to hit the breaking wing for easy entry.
Man, I can't wait for Led-pipe to move on and hear the whining on this board.
And if Rozsival could get any slower, he'd be moving backwards all the time. Wow, those 2 PP lineups looked FANTASTIC. |

And good luck to the guy as he inevitably heads to Rockford/Indy. |

Carey can do that in Rockford.
This might be a first impression, but Rasmussen hasn't looked all that hot either. |

Rockford would be the most likely destination for Carey. |

Is this a preseason game or did the season start and no one told me? We may need a bigger ledge if this is already starting. |

Haven't even noticed him at all, really.
Bass and Mashinter are pretty useless. Really hope Q doesn't feel obligated to have one them playing in Chicago. |

You must be old school. Almost all Americans under 40 have played soccer and are quite knowledge of the game. Old farts like you need to realize that soccer is going to replace baseball in the distant future. |

He's getting in deep towards the net. I've seen that a couple of times. The kid hustles, that's for sure. |

He's centring Bass and Mashinter. Hasn't really been able to do very much but works very hard. Did have some PK time.
Will potentially have some more courtesy of Bass. |

No ledge required D, just making my own observation of what I see. Not much change in PP scheme (not surprising -- since Q's reign, regardless of what assistant is supposedly "in charge" things run pretty much the same).
Not impressed with the other guys lined up for the 5/6 slotting.
Rozy looks slower than ever. Another Zus IMO, more than a year now past his expiration date for what this club wants to do.

Cumisky has some wheels and hasn't looked all that bad so far. Dahlbeck has been alright too. |

Hoping someone can use an extra d-man and all Stan wants is a 7th for him.
Just one preseason game but I think they'll be ok.
Not sure how much is coaching and how much is personnel. When Kompon exited he talked about how they wanted whoever was out there to shoot more than what we were typically seeing. He could have been full of it but who knows... |

Meathead Bass starts a fight and falls down pretty quickly...
YAWN.
Have fun in the minors, chump.
Cumiskey has made a couple of weak passes that have been picked up by the Wangs.
Rasmussen looks mediocre. |
