Why is more sets with more reps of lower weight leaning him up??? A guy can still get lean lifting heavy weights with fewer reps. Has more to do with his diet, and calories burned if he is leaning up. The more you talk about it, the more it sounds like you don't know wtf you are talking about. I just hope his "hypertrophy" training, didn't lean him up too much.

Keep thinking you know all and everyone else knows nothing. I only get my workout programs from my friend here who train multiple national level hockey/rugby/football teams. And also coach many strong man competitors. But I'm sure you know more than them.
