I liked the way he talked about his summer training. I'd heard he was almost 200lbs. Yet he has come in at 192. He said he bulked up a bunch early in the summer then changed to more hypertrophy training to lean up.

Well different training, but growth is growth, if he puts on weight, he is adding muscle, along with the fat, fluids and such. But yeah I knew where you were going, just busting your balls champ. Any weight the Nuge can gain is good for him and will just make him harder to knock off the puck.
