We're the same age.

My pain has disappeared, thanks to not trying to kill myself playing sports with my buds.

I do find I am a lot weaker than I was which pisses me off. Gotta work on that. But I'm still at my senior hockey playing weight - just not as strong.

I've kept my strength up but I haven't kept up my flexibility. My cardio isn't where I'd like it but I was running a bit in the spring and then got gassed at work. I tried to run the next day and could barely run a quarter mile and thought I was going to have a heart attack. I haven't run since but should start again.

The women I date say otherwise...

Nah! Not in todays world, we're just getting going. My wife and daughter always have me go to the age guessing guys at the fair. Easy wins for the big prize. They can be wrong by 10 years. Wait a minute....maybe they just feel sorry for me.
