It's nice to read someone who's not drunk on analytics. When you read the bizarre statement from one of these analytics junkies that Mikhail Grabovski is the best Leaf of the last decade you know people are getting carried away with it!

You are bang on. For some reason, some people think it's the way of the future. It makes for the absolute most dry (frank)ing article ever. I would rather listen to people argue about +/- for (frank)'s sake. These advanced stats work in 1 sport. Baseball. A sport where it actually has an aspect of its game that comes down to 1 vs 1.

I wouldn't sign that deal if I was him. Gets good money for this year but gets toasted after that. This guy is the real deal. I wish he was a leaf.

And for those of you who think he is greedy....You would do the same if you were in his boots. Why give up millions when you don't have too?

Really? Because most players don't have such rigid demands coming off their ELC with only one notable season under their belt. So don't sit there and tell us we'd all do the same thing.

Changed it. But isn't the " it's" because I'm talking about baseball and giving ownership of the game?

He is a very goo player though. But I agree they have made a
Huge mess out of this. He's going to FA when his contract is up.

Vail had 83 points in 67 games last year. As an 18 year old he was voted the best defensive forward in the OHL. #Leafs

Leafs have invited Brady Vail, a Habs pick (4th rd in ’12) from the Windsor Spitfires that Montreal declined to sign.

Why wouldn't the Habs sign this guy? Seems crazy to me.

Don't want him he's a greedy (frank)er, his agent came out and said its only about the money
- Yeti1181

they are offering him quite a lot of money.

His agent is being nice and not saying "Ryan wants to play somewhere less poopty than Columbus"

he wants a one year deal to go to Arb, or a 4 year deal to go to UFA... They're offering everything but those two options.

Just picked up vito from the vet and they had to use quite a bit of sedatives on him, it's like dealing with a drunk. His back legs to quite work yet and he's trying to walk around the house but he takes three steps and just stands there looking like he's going to fall down.
