Edit: I did however make some absolutely ballin' ribs last night. Biggest racks (go ahead and snicker) that I've ever seen. Cooked low and slow in the over for about 5 hours, just fell off the bone

I dont trust RC if he says he is open to change.
we have 5 years of coaching data on him that shows he is not good and getting worse as a coach. If he wants to change..its best he find a new place to start
