I would have traded Richards and Carter too if they were getting wasted all the time and not following curfew.

You have to look at the situation with some players. But I stand by my comment. Coaches dont demand and force a trade to be made.

And you cant blame a coach for not forcing a GM to make a trade. A GM shouldnt have to be forced to do that when he sees with his own 2 eyes, that a team is struggling.
