Why can't the Leafs have a lame duck coach and GM? Mouth pieces that have no real power this season.

Yes, that's called politics. Presidents, Prime Ministers, Politicians and political parties come and go but bureaucrats never leave. It's the bureaucrats that really run things specially in municipal or provence/state governments.

If you take your car into a mechanic to get fixed but no matter what he does or how many parts he replaces the car still doesn't run well, you have a right to criticize the mechanic and question his qualifications.

If Randy can't fix this car then maybe Shanahan needs to find a new mechanic.

Maybe the car is just a GM... So no matter what you do it is never going to run well, because everything from the ground up was built poorly with poor quality parts

randy had to make adjustments, the 40-50 shots a game every game will catch up eventually, it did, and we sunk like a penny in a wishing well.

players are only ones on the ice, i blame them every game, but in the big picture, i blame randy for not making adjustments or forcing nonis to make moves so he could make the adjustments.

And we had Franson on our defense..


How he hell do you expect to make the playoffs with that? When you have Gunnarsson playing top minutes, Franson in the top 4, Clarkson not producing. Bolland injured for most of the season, and lack of depth..


Find me a coach would have win with that..
