I fished the mouth of the Bulkley for a couple of hours then drove back home to Quesnel. I landed 1 lost 1. Yesterday I landed six lost 3. One was around 20-22 lbs.

Im going to the Morice when the water levels rebound. The tribs are too shallow... fish are holding in the Skeena and deep holes in the Bulkley.

Edit: Yesterday a helicopter landed on the shore behind me because all the remote areas they guide in have no fish. He flew a client to where any yocal and snagging native can drive up to....

Regardless if our team does or doesn't we are going to witness great hockey in the west. Some amazing rosters and some great superstars populate this conference. Really looking forward to seeing teams that have been perennial losers, step up this season and compete.
