Go to the caps website. At least they're providing a play by play guy. No idea what the view will be but if it's the same we'll at least have someone to tell us what's happening.

I'd rather watch the game without announcers than with the over the top homers that call themselves capitals announcers. As long as the refs explain any potentially confusing calls, I don't need to be told what's going on in a hockey game.

Yeah, I have to take a bunch of that back. They did go single camera for one of these games. I think it was the JVR game so I assumed they were going to mess with us again but they didn't so good for us.

I get what you're saying. There is no hardware for Giroux to take the cake so to speak. Cup rings and Hart trophys dont mean as much as one would think though. Its more of a team effort for both. Giroux was more deserving of the Hart Trophy this season over Crosby and Getzlaf. Just cause Crosby scored that many pts it doesnt make him a MVP of the league. The Pens have already proven they can win without Crosby AND Malkin. Both at the same time for that matter. Flyers are clueless without Giroux. Getzlaf has Perry and the Ducks are a much better team overall than the Flyers. Am I getting what MVP actually means right?

Cup Rings are irrelevant when discussing which players are better. Stanley cup is a team accomplishment and not every player will win one. If that was the case you could argue Dustin Brown is better than Giroux because he has a cup ring which is obviously not true. To compare players you must go by personal achievements
