That was my next suggestion. If you drop a box on his desk and he still doesn't get it then the guy is either an idiot or is a wiener because he knows it drives other people crazy.

I'm not involved in the hole digging. I work in the plant the gets oil off the dirt and fires it back to the tailings pond.
