The way I look at it, Its got to be Staal, McDonagh or Girardi. I like McDonagh personally, but cant go wrong with any of those guys.

Plus/mins: 1 point
PIM: 0.5 points
PP Point: 1 point
SH Point: 1.5 points
SOG: 0.25 points
Hit: 0.25 points

Goalie win: 5 points
Goals against: -1 point
Save: 0.2 points
Shutout: 3 points

We used the points system I posted in the league I managed last year. Here's how the final points broke out for all players and goalies:

Very balanced. The best goalies in the league carry the same weight as the best forwards in the league. The best forwards are at the top and guys like Simmonds or Backes who provide slightly less offense but a lot more intangibles are still important and impact fantasy players.

This might be a little to extreme. The -1 for goals against averages out the losses category.
