Following the nfl.com feed it seems like all he can hit is the short throws. If the ball is in the air more than 6-7 yards it's hitting the ground

He's actually (frank)ing up the short throws. He either overthrows the flats or puts the ball where the receiver has to break stride and adjust to catch it. His throws over 10 have been OK, but he missed Wallace deep in the first half for a sure TD.

The one positive of that return TD is that it's put the Bills D on the field for the entire 2nd half so far.

He just can't connect with Wallace on those deep throws. And it's not like Wallace doesn't get the separation.
