These days, all the TV's are going to look good. Price would be the bigger factor than brand for me. LED because plasma is dieing.

I remember buying my first HD TV about 7-8 years ago.

I had a great discussion with the guy at Future Shop for about 20 minutes on the pluses and minuses of each (plasma and LCD). Really indepth tech talk.

And then my daughter (then about 1 or 2) came wobbling up to me.

"Is that your daughter?" he asked.

"Yup."

"Yeah, you need a plasma. Kids can put pencils and other things through LCD screens."

So I bought a plasma. The deeper blacks and viewing angles and blah blah blah were irrelevant.

I won't like the blog and neither will that non-apologizing, 10-peanut-butter-sandwich-eatin moron, Robin.

I'd look at the Sony 70" at Costco or the Sharp 70" for a couple hundred less.

Then the Renchi kicked all our asses last night with some horrid cardio work

This is tough to argue with, but with a more developed Kadri, Rielly, Gardiner and Bernier owning the #1 spot, as well as the depth to roll four lines, they could be vastly improved.

I just think with the improvement on the back end and actually have NHL 3rd/4th lines is going to make the difference.

leafs have some harder working players, with size.

Booth-Santorelli-Winnik are all decent big guys with NHL experience under their belt, all looking to have a good season so they can get a Raymond type deal for next year.

I have faith, more faith than last year.

coaching is their biggest issue, coaching...

This. I think the Leafs will be on the bubble to make the playoffs

they have a much better ability to roll all of their lines, which should help take some of the pressure off of the top two lines.
