Not just a rookie coach, but rookie gm and president. After last season I'm hoping the veterans are willing to listen to anyone and everyone to try and improve. Also, the Sedins seem very coachable, arguably to a fault last year.

One year older. One more year removed from his year of prime. We will see if he had a bad year or it is the start of the fall.
