2. Atlanta-Winterpeg never underwent a salary purge. I don't see why they'd do that with Carovegas. Just means they'd have to blow a ton of money on new pooptier FA players to hit the cap floor

I don't see them moving Eakin. Without him their depth at center isn't good enough in that division.

A lot of their centers are UFA after this season. He's the only one locked in besides Seguin

And you know full well they'll consider Draisaitl ready even if he isn't.

True, but Carolina needs to De-Staal, its not working for them and being so heavy invested in them is hurting them from making other roster moves.

I think if they did it right, they could move both Staals and set up that team to be a young exciting team thats competitive now and the long term
