Bah man, it's such a huge project, a lot could go wrong. It's a big risk, but could warrant big rewards. But if you do nothing, nothing will happen.

They're supposed to build most of it in wood too. Encourages the Québec economy, it's usually cheaper, and I believe it's more durable and easier to repair than concrete. It's the new trend nowadays to build all in wood, and unlike what Concrete people will tell you, it's not that much more dangerous for Fires.
