Funny...I would rather read HockeyBuzz, now, than The Buffalo News.

Bucky Gleasons' latest "Agenda Clash adds intrigue for Sabres" is such nonsense, but it shows a lot about how the Main Stream Media operates. He's trying to create drama out of nothing but speculation without any evidence whatsoever.

We've seen this so many times it just gets old. "Murray is Tanking" is what all these pundits are saying....yet when asked about it, he candidly responded that he didn't know how to "tank", and proceeded to make the team better both in the short run and the long run, through trades, draft and UFA's. He's just being smart, I think.

Bucky is a Dinosaur. M. Pachla is doing some great stuff here...a lot of the commenters are really interesting too. Hell, I've even thrown a couple ham-fisted blogs up on this site.

Isn't this statement a non-sequiter?

Many people here are worried about El Nino. It is the year for it, and we are well overdue for rain. I wouldn't mind it, but it will almost guarantee mudslides. Should be a fun "winter" for us.

I hate rain, and we've had sooo much of it down here this year.

Go to the Harbor Center Website and check out everything. 716 Bar has a 36 Foot Screen for the double decker establishment. Even the Tim Horton's looks cool.

I drive by there all the time on my way to/from work and I'm pretty excited about it. Can't wait to check it out once it's open.

As if Pegula wasn't already buying enough stuff, now it looks like he's eyeing the One Seneca Tower.

When the rumor first surfaced saying he was interested in the Bills I told a friend that at some point he's going to own the entire city.

He's well on his way.....

I would try and emulate him, but I can't complain about Girgensons. I'm physically unable to. Sorry.

It's not that he doesn't have a valid point when it comes to the fan base being enamoured over guys like Girgensons but the only statistic he ever points out is his faceoff percentage....

He will need the whole tower to house his Sports entertainment empire. The Bisons are next.

The Tower has to be on the cheap since they can't find any tenants...except him

One Pegula Tower. Has a nice ring to it.

I love the type of game Girgensons plays. He's never going to be the best or most skilled guy out there. But he's going to allow other guys on the ice to do what they need to. I think his career will be very similar to Peca. We just have to hope that the offense comes around a bit more. Considering how bad of a team he played on this year and how young he is, he had a pretty decent year.

That may be a bit optimistic. Peca was a 40+ point guy over his career and had speed. Not sure Girgensons can get that high regularly, but it would definitely be nice.

His linemates will be key.
