I'm sure Holmgren will give it to you, but it'll have to be as a cotton candy vendor now, not as a hockey player.

There are 82 games in the regular season.
There are 16 games in the NHL play-offs.

82 + 16 = 98

Call me out of my mind but Brayden Schenn's production to me hasn't been that far off to me from James van Riemsdyk first three seasons with the Flyers. Schenn's offensive production has only gone up but his situation is unique. His first season he split time between the NHL and the AHL while battling injuries. His second season was a half season. Now JvR's situation wasn't as complicated but there was never any reason to believe he wasn't getting better. JvR got hurt his final season as a Flyer but it was clear JvR was only getting better, pretty similar to Brayden Schenn. I'm just hoping we don't give up on him.

Isn't it kind of late in the summer to be sweating a trade? Kid's signed, has the coach + GM approval, and they neither have the cap space nor likely trading partner to peddle him for that #1 dman.

IMO, Schenn's safe until 2016, unless he utterly bombs this upcoming season.

Who do we think makes it to the NHL first? Milano or Kempe?

Who do we think has a higher ceiling?

Kempe makes it first. Milano has a higher ceiling, but Kempe has a higher floor.

I'd imagine you are talking about Adrian Kempe............who is already playing against solid competition while Milano will enter the OHL and play against much better talent than when he was with the USNDTP, that will help give some indication as to what he can do

RUSH HIM

Thanks for the Kempe thing earlier sir. This has a direct impact on my dynasty league 4 round draft. Prospect benches and the like.
