38, got a big surgery when I was like 18, been (frank)ed ever since, started working out, got call today that they need to remove 4 stones or deposits out of my shoulder muscles (artho) and that its gonna keep coming back , anyways I dont really give a poop about that, anyone know if its okay if I keep lifting weights?
